Hello World!

Hello World!

I’m showcasing my journey of building a SaaS product—along with all the strategic thinking.

Motivation

After a decade as a programmer, I decided to embark on building my own business. Over the years, I’ve created numerous projects, led as a team lead, and designed solutions as a solution architect. Most of these solutions are still operational today, which I consider a significant personal achievement. My career path has largely been devoid of social media involvement. I’ve always been more of an observer, someone who watches from the shadows, refrains from commenting, and avoids the “thumbs up,” even though I’ve spent a few years working on projects closely tied to social media and marketing. During that time, I frequently heard advice like, “You should share this knowledge—start a blog, a newsletter, anything!” Here I am... emerging from underground straight into the lion's mouth.

Side effect

The core of my business will not be sharing knowledge. The fact that this article exists is closely tied to what I encountered in the startup reality, which has changed slightly since my departure. I’ve awakened to a world of “build in public” and information overload. I’m trying to adapt because, as the saying goes, “When in Rome, do as the Romans do.” So, I’ve created social media accounts, newsletters, and I’m attempting to navigate the trends of Indie Hackers.

Of course, I’m not starting a business to share knowledge—that’s merely a side effect, let’s call it a knowledge therapy, to organize everything I’ve learned over past decade. It’s also a way to stay motivated for further development and to gain new online connections. Sitting alone in an office is not that fun, especially after years of being part of various teams. Anyway, the idea is very simple:

Final Thoughts

I hate when someone creates a tutorial and only shows the basics—just enough to get you started but never enough to truly understand. That’s not what I’m going to do here. I’ll show you every step, every detail, and most importantly, explain why each step matters. Building a business isn’t just about following a checklist; it’s about understanding the reasoning behind the actions.

Let’s be clear—I’m starting from scratch. I’m not here to flaunt some $100k startup or pretend I have all the answers. As of now, I have 0 subscribers, and my only lead is this article. That’s my starting point. If you want to see the journey from the ground up, with real struggles, real lessons, and no shortcuts, then join me. Together, we’ll explore what it takes to turn an idea into a thriving business.
